NCGL was contacted about a found greyhound in the Surrey, BC area. The person who had found the dog could no longer keep him at their house, so we agreed to take in the dog and start looking for the owner.
“Blue” looks to be about 4 years old and is a big boy at 82lbs. He’s a bit shy and fearful but looks to be well taken care of. He was found with no identification or tattoos and does not have a microchip. If “Blue” is your dog please reach out to us with proof of ownership (license, old photos, etc.) so we can reunite you with this handsome man.
NCGL has reached out to the BC SPCA in Vancouver, The City of Surrey Resource Centre and the Delta Community Animal Shelter. They know of this handsome man and have asked us to look for his people as they cannot take him in. If his family cannot be found in the next 30 days we will happily take him into our program and find him a new home. We have cleared this with The City of Surrey and they are in agreement that this is what’s best for him.
If “Blue” is your dog or you know his people, please reach out to us ASAP! In the meantime, he’ll be given a warm bed and a full belly!
Let’s get this boy home!
