Sometimes Northwest Canadian Greyhound League has the pleasure of placing very special dogs...I know, aren't they all!? Well some of them just deserve a little extra...Sometimes they are seniors and have been waiting for thier forever home for a long time, or sometimes they just need a little extra care or attention, or a particular home that would make them the most comfortable. So if you think you've got a little extra in your heart (or your wallet!) for some of these wonderful creatures...you won't regret it! 10 year old, Brindle spayed female, very nice & cat-safe older girl rescued from the pound. This girl is perfect! First night she wanted to curl right in bed with foster mom. Bootsie enjoys her long daily walks and when she's really excited or happy, Bootsie will jump straight up in the air (all 4 feet!). She still likes to play and is just an absolute joy. Don't be fooled by her age though, she doesn't know she's 10 years old, just that she loves life! ...more Terri is a beautiful, sweet yound girl who is still very much a puppy and loves to explore and investigate (with her mouth-like all puppies should!). 1.5 year old Terri also has mobitily problems with her joints.
